Process

From a link to your doorstep

Six simple steps. You only ever deal with us — we handle the stores, the shipping, and the customs.

The six steps

01
Send your request
Paste a product link from any online store — or just describe what you want and any size, colour, or variant. Add your delivery city in Ghana.
02
Receive a quote
Within 24 hours we reply with one all-in total: item price + international shipping + duties, plus the estimated delivery window to your city.
03
Confirm & we purchase
Approve the quote. We place the order with the seller on your behalf and give you a request reference to track progress.
04
Consolidate at origin hub
Your item arrives at our origin hub (US, UK, China, Turkey, UAE or Germany). We can hold multiple orders and ship them together to save cost.
05
Ship to Accra & clear
Choose air freight (5–7 days) or sea freight (5–8 weeks). We consolidate, ship to Accra, and handle customs clearance so there are no surprise charges on arrival.
06
Delivered to your door
We deliver to Accra and nationwide. Pay in full, or spread the cost in instalments over 2 months — cash, Mobile Money, or bank transfer.

How do payments work?+

Payment is made either in full, or in instalments spread over 2 months. Your quote confirms the schedule before we purchase.

How long does shipping take?+

Air freight arrives in 5–7 days. Sea freight is cheaper for bulky orders and takes 5–8 weeks.

Can I order from any website?+

Yes. If an online store ships to one of our origin hubs (US, UK, China, Turkey, UAE, Germany) or lets us buy directly, we can source it for you.

What if my item is out of stock after I order?+

We confirm availability before purchasing. If it sells out, we'll suggest the closest alternative or refund any deposit in full.

How are duties handled?+

Your quote includes estimated duties so there are no surprises. We clear customs on your behalf at the airport in Accra.

It takes about a minute. We'll quote you an all-in price within 24 hours.
